Water Damage Restoration - Emergency Mitigation & Repair Services

Unresolved or mitigated water will continue to increase property damage.  After completing a thorough Damage Assessment and you decide to have a professional restoration company begin mitigation services, we will dispatch an emergency response crew to begin water removal.  These crews have been IICRC certified and specially trained to use Surgical Demolition techniques and only remove only what is absolutely necessary in order to minimize repairs and get you back on track as quick as possible.  If for health and safety reasons, we need to remove additional building materials, we will.  We will also advise occupants of health and safety issues as needed.

After the initial water removal, we begin structural drying.  If required, we will bring in additional power and heat to dry the structure.  We are so confident in our ability to effectively and efficiently dry your property, we offer a 3 Day Drying Guarantee- with a few exceptions, we will not charge for drying past 3 days. Drying chambers are monitored and tracked consistantly to confirm complete moisture removal, thus preventing microbial growth.  Our Structural Drying Procedures and expertise require far less repair than most restoration or remodeling companies. 

After mitigation and before we begin structural repairs, we will create a detailed scope of work with complete cost breakdown.  When an insurance company is involved, we will come to an agreed scope and cost with them as well.  We do not cut corners in putting your property back together.  We are so confident that we provide a written 5 Year Workmanship Warranty with paid invoice.  If for any reason, If you notice a workamanship issure of any repair listed on the final scope of work and invoice, we will dispatch a customer service manager to evaluate the repair and scope.  If it is determined that our workmanship was inadequate we will promptly schedule the repair.
