Fire Damage Mitigation & Repair

After completing a thorough Damage Assessment we can dispatch an emergency response crew to board-up and secure the property and begin corrosion mitigation.  We will not disturb the source area until the cause and origin investigation is completed. Our highly trained technicians will document and begin contents processing for both salvageable and non-salvageable items.  The non-salvage items will be stored on-site for the insurance adjuster to evaluate.  The salvageable items will be documented and packed out to be processed in our State of the Art Cleaning Facility.   Because time is working against us, we offer a NO CLEAN NO CHARGE GUARNATEE for contents taken to be restored.  If an item cannot be restored the item is documented as non-salvage and the list is given to the insurance adjuster for replacement.

Our crews have been IICRC certified and specially trained to use Surgical Demolition & DeodorizationTM and Corrosion Mitigation techniques to minimize repairs and get you back on track as quick as possible.  We will advise occupants of health and safety issues as needed.

Next, if the building is wet from the fire department or sprinkler system, we will begin structural drying.  If needed, we will bring in additional power and heat to dry the structure within 3 days.  We are so confident in our ability to get your property dried within 3 days that we offer a 3 Day Drying Guarantee- with a few exceptions, we will not charge for drying past 3 days.  We will monitor the drying daily, and track the results to prove the structure is dry and have prevented microbial growth.

Because of our Structural Drying, Surgical Demolition & DeodorizationTM and Corrosion Mitigation techniques, there will less repair than traditional restoration or remodeling companies.  Before we begin structural repairs we will create a detailed scope of work with a cost.  We will walk you through the entire process.  WE will meet with the insurance adjuster and come to an agreed scope and cost with them as well.  Once it is approved we will provide a Guaranteed Repair Completion Date in writing.  If it takes longer than stated on the written guarantee, we will deduct up to $750 off the final invoice.

We do not cut corners in putting your property back together.  We are so confident that we provide a 5 Year Workmanship Warranty with paid invoice.  If any repair, listed on the final scope of work and invoice, performed by our company (including sub-contractors) we will send out a customer service manager to evaluate the repair and scope.  If it is determined that our workmanship was inadequate we will promptly schedule the repair.

With the structure restored to pre-loss condition we are ready to bring back the contents that have been stored after cleaning at our facility.   Out crew will bring them and put them back into the rooms where they came out.
